These Terms govern your use of Framed (the “Service”), operated by Framed Inc. (“Framed”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Framed
You must be at least 18 years old to sell art. Browsing is open to anyone who can lawfully agree to these Terms in their jurisdiction.
2. Human-made art only
Framed exists for artwork made primarily by human hands. You agree not to list, upload, or sell: work generated primarily by AI; mass-produced prints or dropshipped goods; work you did not create or hold the rights to sell. We remove violations on sight and may suspend accounts that repeat them.
3. Listings & sales
Sellers are independent — the sale is between buyer and artist. Framed is a marketplace facilitator. You set your own prices and grant Framed a limited license to display your listings. We may collect a platform fee on successful sales; the current fee is shown at checkout.
4. Content you post
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant Framed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your content on and in connection with the Service.
5. Verification
Selling requires human verification. By submitting, you confirm the photo and portfolio link you provide are authentic and that you have the right to share them. We may reject applications at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
No harassment, doxxing, spam, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, impersonation, or attempts to circumvent our verification or payment systems. We may terminate accounts violating these rules.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll note the “Last updated” date at the top; material changes will be emailed to account holders.
