Framed respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on Framed infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at the address below. Notices that do not substantially comply with the DMCA requirements may not be effective.
What to include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- Identification of the material on Framed to be removed, with enough detail to find it (direct URL to the artwork or profile).
- Your address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward the counter notice to the complaining party and may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the complaining party files suit.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users we determine, in our sole discretion, to be repeat infringers.
